Ivlosher and Attorney Whitten Swafford, who appeared <br />, \~ for the owners of the plant. No action was taken. <br />Y:~~ <br />v Councilman Hendershott called attention to complaints regarding the noisy <br />and improper conditions surrounding some of the beer parlors, and COlUlcilman <br />Simon, Chairman of the Police Committee, stated that his cownittee would invest- <br />igate any such complaints.
