<br /> and was placed upon its final passage. The ayes and nays were called, Councilmen
<br /> voting aye 6, nay none, a bsen t Reid and Zumwalt. The Ordinance was declared
<br /> pa~sed and numbered 8392. .

<br /> A report of expenses for the :periOd ending August 31st was presented, showing
