Minutes of the regular meeting of September loth and the adjourned <br /> , <br /> , <br /> I meeting of September 24th, 1934 were read and approved. <br /> I The oonuni ttee representing the blind of l!..ugane appeared before the <br /> Council, some suggesting that the Counoil enaot an ordinanoe providing for the <br /> II carrying of whi te oanes by the blind with a restriction of traffic approaching <br /> intersections for those carrying such a cane. The other view was expressed by Mr. <br /> Rogers, also blind, that a cane would not be proper protection in crossing the <br /> 1 street. The matter was referred to the Police Committee. <br /> il Councilman Hendershott, Chainnan of the Finance Committee, reported . <br /> iI <br /> II the following bills to the Council'w1th a recommendation that they be allowed, and <br /> II motion was made, seconded and carried that warrants be drawn for same.
