Wells concerning his deeding <br />some property to the Ci ty for the purpose of opening 23rd Avenue East from Alder <br />to Hilyard was presented, and was referred to the Street Committee. <br /> <br />.,,~ <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />"......... <br /> <br />Councilman Hendershott announced that a re-distribution of insurance on city"....... <br />property had been made, and the Reeorder presented a refund receipt of $10.50 from <br />the Emery Insurance Agency on a Policy issued by them on city property. <br /> <br />Councilman Hendershott then brought up the subject of rebonding delinquent <br />assessments, and the Mayor put this in the hands of the Finance Committee to report <br />on at the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />On motion the Council adjourned to meet on Wednesday, March 27th, 1935 at <br />7:30 o'clock P.
