Council was called to order by Mayor <br />1 Large, with all Councilmen present except Hendershott and Reid. <br /> Minutes of the regular meeting of August 12th and the adjourned meeting of <br />, <br />I August 29th, 1935 were read and approved. <br />I <br />I The Judiciary Committee asked for more time to study the local Barbers <br />, <br />, <br />; Union petition for an ordinance regulating their trade. This request w~s granted. <br />I <br /> The Finance Committee, by Councilman Zumwalt, presented the following bills <br />I <br />I to the Council with a recommendation that they be allowed, and motion was made <br />I and seconded that warrants be drawn for same.
