Council was called to order by Mayor 1 Large, with all Councilmen present except Hendershott and Reid. Minutes of the regular meeting of August 12th and the adjourned meeting of , I August 29th, 1935 were read and approved. I I The Judiciary Committee asked for more time to study the local Barbers , , ; Union petition for an ordinance regulating their trade. This request w~s granted. I The Finance Committee, by Councilman Zumwalt, presented the following bills I I to the Council with a recommendation that they be allowed, and motion was made I and seconded that warrants be drawn for same. The ayes and nays were called, Councilmen voting aye 6, nay none, absent Hendershott and Reid. .
