The Resolution and proposed Charter Amendment were filed in II the Office of the City Recorder in said City Dn the 25th day of II November, 1935. I The following are the form and numbers in which the question will be submitted on the official ballot: CHARTER AMENDMENT I PROPOSED BY RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE AND REFERRED TO THE ELECTORS: ASSUMPTION OF BUTTE PROPERTY BONDS: Shall the Charter of the City of Eugene, Oregon, be amended by an Act requiring the Eugene.Water Board to assume the payment of the sum of $93,340.45 principal of the Butte Property Water Bonds and interest thereon from January 1, 1936, and relieving '. the City of Eugene from the payment thereof by taxation.
