<br /> .' BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that
<br /> the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to cancel the second and
<br /> subsequent assessment of $145.30 against Lot 10, Block 2, Driverton
<br /> I Addition to Eugene.
<br /> Cyrus J. Fulton and Florence I. Fulton having tendered to the city a deed "
<br /> ~ for the following described real estate (see resolution), thereupon the follow-
<br /> ing resolution was unanimously adopted by the common council, to-wit::

<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that in
<br /> consideration of Cyrus J. Fulton and Florence I. Fulton, husband
<br /> and wife, deeding said property to the city of Eugene, absolutely
<br /> 1 and unqualifiedly, that the City of Bugene hereby directs the City
<br /> Recorder and Mayor to enter into an agreement 'of option wi th the
<br /> said Cyrus J. Fulton and Florence I. Fulton with regard to
<br /> The West 50 feet of lots 8 and 9, block 2,
<br /> Hendrick's Second Amended addition to ~ugene,
<br /> I Lane County, Oregon
<br /> granting them until tieptember 19~ 1937, the right to purchase said
<br /> property at the price set opposite th~ same in the contract of op-
<br /> tion, together with interest thereon from this date until said
<br /> option is exercised, and in case said option is not exercised be-
<br /> fore tieptember 19, 1937, said option shall terminate and all rights
<br /> of said Cyrus J. Fulton and Florence I. Fulton shall be lost.
<br /> Peter A. Nelson and Christina Nelson having tendered to the city a deed for "--
