<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene that in I
<br /> :~~ consideration of Marion Veatch and Myrtle F. Veatch deeding said
<br /> ,(~ property to the .City of Eugene, absolutely. and unqualifiedly, that
<br /> N the City of Eugene hereby directs the City Recorder and Maybr to
<br /> enter into an agreement of option with the said Marion Veatch ,and
<br /> Myrtle F. Veatch with regard to:
<br /> The East 100 feet of the North 60 feet of
<br /> Lot 1, Block 16, Fairmount Addition to
<br /> Eugene, Oregon
<br /> granting them until August 22, 1937, :the right to purchase said
<br /> I property at the price set opposite the same in the contract of
<br /> I option, together wit~ interest thereon from this date until said
<br /> option is exercised, and in case said option is not exercised
<br /> before August 22" 1937, said option shall terminate and all rights
<br /> of said Marion Veatch and Myrtle F.Veatch shall be lost. ..
<br /> Lillie B. Alford and John F. Alford having tendered to the city a deed for """"-
<br /> * the following descri~ed real estate, thereupon the following resolution was unan-
<br /> imously adopted by the common council, to-wit:

<br /> in consideration of Lillie B. Alford and John F. Alford deeding
<br /> I certain property .to the City of Eugene absolutely and unquali-
<br /> I fiedly, and in consideration of the payment to the City of Eugene
<br /> by the said Lillie B. Alford and John F. Alford of the sum of
<br /> $,1.00, the City of Eugene does hereby direct the City Recorder
<br /> and Mayor to enter into an agreement of lease and option with' the
<br /> said Lillie B. Alford and JohnF. Alford with regard to
<br /> Lot 8, Block 1, 'in Shelton's Second Addi tion t
<br /> to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
<br /> granting them a lease on said premises and an, option to purchase
<br /> the same until september 19, 1937, at the price set out in the

<br /> Eugene by the said Leonard G. Anderson and Ingrid M. Anderson,
<br /> of the sum of $1.00, the City of Eugene does hereby direct the
