<br />, Letter from Northwest Mortgage Company, Yeon Building, Portland, Oregon,
<br />relative to the B. F. Mack offer to the South 44.25 feet of the north 100 feet of
<br />~ Lot 1, Block 7, Croner's Addition, was presented and ordered filed~ The company
<br />states that they have sold under contract the property which they own and have
<br />\ \ directed our communication to the contract buyer to check this matter with our
<br />30 office.

<br />The offer of Margaret and Orville L. Hoselton of $325.00 for lot 3,
<br />block 4, 52 feet by 100 feet, Hollenbeck's Addition was held for further considera-
<br />, tion. The value placed upon the property by the appraisal committee amounts to
<br />31 $550.00.

<br />Property described as the east 60 feet of lot 12, block 20; and the east
<br />: 50 feet of the South 40 feet of Lot 11, Block 20, College Hill Park Addition has bee
<br />I valued by the appraisal committee at $600.00. Mr. G. R. Blair in his letter of
<br />, October 26th had made an offer to the city for the property in the sum of $250.00.
<br />, The Finance Committee was requested to consider Mr. Blair's new and final offer of'

<br />I Property described as the North 80 feet, lot 6, block 3, Campbell's
<br />First Addition and owned by Ida Hoge has been advertised for lien foreclosure. The
<br />owner has offered the city a deed to the property, thereby saving the city the
<br />\ expense of a foreclosure suit, and the offer of such a proposal was accepted by
<br />33. the council.

<br />Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Recorder to enter into an agreement
<br />of lease and option with Eliza Dlmmickwith regard to Lot 6, Block 6, Gross' Addlti n
<br />, to the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, was presented and upon motion made,
<br />34 seconded and carried was duly approved:
