The ordinance was declared. passe 39 and numbered 8496. An ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 96 of the City of Eugene, entitled "An Ordinance concerning offenses and disorderly conduct", was read the first time and passed to its second and third readings by title under suspension of the rule by unanimous consent of the council and was placed upon its final pas- sage. The ayes and nays were called, councilmen voting aye, Lamb, Hendershott, Reid, Zumwalt, Bond and Harris; nay, none; absent, Simon and Carlson. The ordinanc 40 was declared passed and numbered 8497.
