<br />The $451.48 cashier's check placed with the city treasurer by Mr. G. R.
<br />Blair as a deposit on the east 50 feet of lot 12 and the east 40 feet of lot 11,

<br />The Recorder presented the bid of Sigwart Electric Company in the amount of
<br />$98.50 for installing new service, running new circuits, and installing one six
<br />circuit and one twelve circuit panel as outlined by Mr. W. W. Larwood, city electric I
<br />inspector. The bid had been previously approved by City Engineer Clubb. He also
<br />, I pOinted,out the necessity of rewiring. Upon motion made and seconded the action was
