Due to the fact that the newly- <br />elected councilmen were not acquainted with the airport problems and no figures <br />available to determine the total income of the airport together with its actual <br />operation expense for the past year, it was decided that acceptance or rejection <br />of the contract should be made only after a complete report was available on the <br />questions raised. Potter had been appointed to represent <br />the ci ty of Eugene at the Stat,e Planning Commission and that the expenses incurred <br />by Judge Potter amounted to $14.75.
