Schaefers was presented and upon motion made and seconded was duly / 29 approved = ~ . ; . , ,', RES 0 L DT ION BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the city of Eugene that in consideration of F. X. Schaefers, George B. Schaefers, C. J. bchaefers and A. T. bchaefers deeding said property to the City of ~ugene, absolutely and un- qualifiedly, that the city of Eugene hereby directs the City Recorder and Mayor to enter into an agreement of option with the said F. X. Schaefers, George B. Schaefers, C. J. bchaefers and A. T. bchaefers with regard to the property described in said option, a copy of which is hereto attached, granting them until March 27, 1938, the right to pur~hase said property at the price set opposite each lot or part of lot in the contract of option, together with interest thereon from March 27,1937, until said option is exercised, and in case said option is not exercised before March 27, 1938, said option shall terminate and all rights of said F. X. Schaefers, George B. Schaefers, C. J. L. bchaefers and A. T. bchaefers shall be lost. Brown has accepted the city's proposal for the sale of Lot 16, Block 2, Sladden's Addition to Eugene, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY the Common Council of the City of Eugene that the Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereoy authorized and directed to execute the hereto attached contract on be- half of the City of Eug ene, and to deliver the same' to the said A.
