Barber asking for release of assessment on the <br /> east. 92 feet of Lot 4, Block 26, First Addition Uhula Vista Park as soon as the <br /> sidewalk is laid in, as this piece of property has already been assessed when the <br /> 20 sidewalk was put in on Chula Vista, was referred to the Judiciary Committee. <br />I <br /> Request of Eugene Hospital and Clinic asking for privilege of replacing <br /> a number of dilapidated outbuildings with a parking shed, approximately 90 feet <br /> long, open on two sides and supported by post~ only, also to reconstruct the north <br /> gable of the present building used to house co~nty patiemts, was granted by the <br /> Board of Appeals provided provisions ar~ made tp meet the :~equirements of one hour <br /> 21 resistive construction, and this action was approved by the common council. <br />I <br /> - i The request of the Genera I Petroleum .Corporat ion for a permit to remodel <br /> their service station at 6th and Blair using tpe same typf~ of construction as in <br /> the present building was granted by the Board of Appeals and accepted by the I <br /> 22 council. <br /> / <br /> McDonald Candy Company request to make a change :~rom the building code <br /> for the north wall of their proposed new building to oe located between 4th and 5t <br /> on the west side of Willamette, adjoining the Lane Hot~ ;~roperty on the south <br /> and the Briggts property on the north.
