<br /> Application to rebond delinquent assessments was presented and upon motion .-,

<br /> Application by Rich's Cigar store under the joint proprietorship of Dean E.
<br /> Dragoo and H. U. Cochran for a Retail Beer Class "B" License and Package Store' Clas
<br /> "B" License was presented and upon motion made and seconded, duly approved. It was
<br /> pointed out that the Rich's Cigar Store had operated formerly under the sole pro-
<br /> prietorship of Dean E. Dragoo and pow wit~ the additional name it would be necessar
<br /> to charge the usual investigation fee of $5.00 for each application and it was so
<br /> /27 ordered.
<br /> .. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Recorder to enter into a contract on
<br /> behalf of the city of Eugene with krvilla L. Judkins was upon motion made and duly

<br /> WHEREAS, THE City of Eugene has acquired the South 6.7 feet
<br /> of Lots 3 and 5, and all of Lot 4, Block 4, Fairmount Amended
<br /> Addition to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and
<br /> WHEREAS, THE City of Eugene has caused the same to be ap-
<br /> praised and determined its value, and
<br /> ! WHEREAS, Arvilla L. Judkins has offered the City $1575.00

<br /> for said property, which, according to the appraisement is all
<br /> that the property is worth,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE,

<br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY the Common ~ouncil of the City of Eugene
<br /> I that the Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereby directed to
<br /> enter into the annexed contract on behalf of the City of Eugene,

<br /> and the $500.00 down payment and all subsequent payments shall
<br /> be deposited with the City Treasurer of said City.
