Blanton has offered the City $225.00 for said pro- <br /> perty, which, according to the appraisement, is all that the property <br /> is worth, <br /> NOW THEREFQRE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED By the Common Gouncil of the City of Eugene that the <br /> Mayor and Recorde~ be and they are hereby directed to enter into the <br /> annexed contract on behalf of the City of Eugene, and that the $50.00 <br /> down payment and all subsequent payments shall be deposited with the <br /> City Treasurer of said City. <br /> Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Recorder to enter into a contract with <br /> Charles E.
