<br />The offer of Robert C. Hall in the amount of $400.00 for property described as ~Beginning

<br />A request was received from A. W. Schneider for a permit to move the house at 1562 Thirteen
<br />Avenue East to the rear of the lot and to erect a duplex resi dance on the present site of the old
<br />house. As this location is directly across the alley from the duplex erected by George Turnbull und r
<br />special permit of the council, the Board of Appeals recommended that this request be granted and thi
<br />action was sustained by the council.
