<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Counoil of the City of

<br />Eugene -that the Mayor and Recorder be and they are

<br />on behalf of the City of Eugene, and the $200.00
<br />down payment and all subsequent payments shall be

<br />Resolution directing the Mayor and Recorder to deliver an application to withdraw
<br />Lot 10, Block 12, Gross Addition from the registration records and change the same back to the
<br />fonner or recording system of the State of Oregon, was upon motion made and duly seconded, adopted:

<br />insurance on Lot 10, Block 12, Gross AdditIon to Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon and the property as it stands is in
<br />the registration or Torrence system on the records, there-
<br />fore,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by -the Common Council of the City of'
<br />Eugene that the N..a.yor and Recorder be and they are hereby
<br />directed to make, execute and deliver an application to
<br />withdraw Lot 10, Block 12, Gross Addition to Eugene, I.e.ne
<br />County, Oregon from the regi strati on records and change
<br />the same back to the former or reoording system of the
<br />State of Oregon.

<br />was upon motion made and seconded, adopted:

<br />WHEREAS, Thelmer J. Nelson and Selma Nelson have
<br />offered therefor the sum of $500.00 cash

<br />Riverwood AdditioI;l to Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and

<br />'WHEREAS, the City of Eugene has caused the sam.e to be
<br />appraised and detennined its value, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Neil Bond and Grace Bond have offered the City
<br />$275.00 for said property, whioh according to the appraise-
<br />ment is all that the property is worth,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Counc il of the City of'
<br />Eugene that the Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereby
<br />directed to enter into the annexed contraot on behalf' of
<br />the City of Eugene, and the $25.00 down payment and all sub-
<br />sequent payments shall be deposited with. the City Treasurer
<br />of said City.
