<br />WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has acquired the following described
<br />property, towit: Lot 6, Block 11, Hollenbeck Addition to Eugene,
<br />Lane County, Oregon, and
<br />WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has caused the same to be appraised
<br />and determined its value, and
<br />WHEREAS, T. E. Davenport has offered the City $400.00 for said
<br />property, which, according to the appraisement, is all that the
<br />property is worth,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Common Council of the City of Eugene that
<br />the Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereby directed to enter
<br />into the annexed con~ract on behalf of the City of Eugene, and
<br />the $125~00 down payment and all subsequent payments shall be de-
<br />posited with the City Treasurer of said city.

<br />WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has acquired the following described

<br />The South 45 feet of the North 115 feet of Lot 1, and the South
<br />45 feet of the North 115 feet of the East 44 1/3 feet of Lot 2,
<br />Block 4, Grand Prairie Addition to Eugene, Oregon, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, The City of Eugene has caused the same to be appraised
<br />and determined its value, and
<br />WHEREAS, W. E. Tozier has offered the City $800.00 for said pro-
<br />perty, which, according to the appraisement, is all that the
<br />property is worth,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT RESObVED, By the Common Council of the City of Eugene that
<br />the Mayor and Recorder be and they are hereby directed to enter
<br />into the annexed contract on behalf of the City of Eugene, and
<br />the $200.00 down payment and all subsequent payments shall be
<br />deposited with the City Treasurer of said City.

<br />same back to the former or recording system of the State of Oregon, was upon motion
