""-' BE IT RESOLVED, By the Common Council of the City of Eugene that <br /> GC the Mayor and City Recorder be and they are hereby directed to <br /> enter into and execute a contract with the Eugene Realty Board to <br /> assist in the sale of: city-owned properties. <br /> *R ES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and the Common Council of the City I <br /> of Eugene that <br /> WHEREAS, the Works Progress Administration has three buildings <br /> located behind Skinner's Butte in the City Park in Eugene, Lane <br /> County, Oregon, 'which have heretofore been used as CCC Camps" and <br /> WHEREAS. it is proposed to turn over 'the title to the buildings <br /> to the city in order that the city may tear them down and d1~pose <br /> of them... <br /> Therefore, the City Recorder be and he is hereby directed upon <br /> receipt of the title to the buildings to file application to <br /> raise them, viz, and the Mayor and the City Recorder be and they <br /> are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the Works <br /> Progress Adciinistration that one of the three buildings may be <br /> continued on said site for :use for warehouse purposes for Camp <br /> Lane;; and. that upon the completion of the use of the Works' <br /> Progress Administration that the third building may be torn down <br /> without any further authorization from the Works Progress Adminis- <br /> tration. <br /> Upon-motion made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned to meet on <br /> 39 July 25, 1938, and it was so ordered.
