Basic Plan <br /> <br /> 6.4.1.2 Action <br /> <br /> All Executive Managers (or their designees), the Public Information Officer, <br /> and the 911 Center are notified of a possible emergency and will alert key <br /> personnel within their respective departments of the situation. <br /> <br /> 6.4.2 Level Two: Actual Local Emergency <br /> <br /> 6.4.2.1 Definition <br /> <br /> The responsible department has determined that an emergency has proceeded <br /> beyond its capability to control, given its resources. The responsible <br /> department requires assistance from other departments to control a problem. <br /> <br /> 6.4.2.2 Action <br /> <br /> Initial staffing for the EOC Executive Group will consist of the City Manager <br /> (Assistant City Manager); Fire & EMS Chief; Police Chief; and the Public <br /> Works Executive Director, and those staff listed in step 2 and step 4 of the <br /> Central Lane call out process in the Resource Guide. Executive Managers not <br /> immediately reporting to the EOC and the City Attorney will report to their <br /> respective offices and follow the procedures as outlined in the Emergency <br /> Management Plan and their respective annexes. <br /> <br /> 6.4.3 Level Three: Declare State of Emergency <br /> <br /> 6.4.3.1 Definition <br /> <br /> The emergency is of a magnitude requiring County, State, and/or Federal <br /> assistance.
