Mrs. ~ary D. Chambers' application to rebond delinquent assessments on proper y
described as Part 10, Block 4, Elias Stewart liddition in the amount of $277.36 was
held for further consideration by reason of the fact that this grants a 10-year peri d
of time in which to make payment whereas the bonds expire in 1946. An attempt will
be made to work out a form that can be made to coincide with the final payment date
of bonds outstanding.
