Bryan ;:"',J <br /> ...-J <br /> City Recorder <br /> '" , <br /> lP -.s '2.- ....... <br /> . . <br /> -RESOLUTIQN <br /> I, WHEREAS, the Building Inspector of the City of Eugene has addressed to the <br /> Planning Commission a suggestion with ~espect to limiting ,the number of residences <br /> that can be erected on a city lot in a single fam~ly residence district, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has suggested to the Council that the <br /> Matter be given consideration, <br /> Therefore, the City Attorney be and he is hereby directed to prepare an <br /> ordinance embodying the suggested change which shall be transmitted by the Recorder <br /> to the City Planning 6ommission with directions to make its recommendation thereon <br /> in writing to the Council and to first hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers <br /> in the City Hall in Eugene, Oregon at 7~30 o'clock P.M. on October 3, 1939 and to gi e <br /> notice by publication in a newspaper of the hearing and by publishing the same thrge <br /> times prior to said hearing. <br /> ...R, E .9. Vitus, respecting the following describe <br /> property, to-wit~ <br /> " Beginning at the Nor.theast corner of Lot 2" Block 1, Skinner's Donation <br /> 1- to Lane County as the same is platted and re'corded at page 122 of <br /> Volume liS", Lane County, deed records, and running thence West 80 feet, <br /> thence South 110 feet, thence East 20 feet, thence South 50 feet, thence <br /> ~ , East 60 feet to the Southeast corner of said lot 2, and thence <br /> 1 North 160 feet to the place of beginning in Larre County, Oregon <br /> permitting the said Maurice Vitus and Lor.etta F~ Vitus to erect a building up to the <br /> property line of Fifth Avenue East, with a provision that at any time the city of <br /> Eugene shall widen Fifth Avenue that the buildings shall be dismantled back for <br /> seven feet, and that no damages shall be claimed by said Maurice Vitus and <br /> Lor.-etta P.
