Councilman Reid was unanimously elected <br />28/.president of the Common Council for the year 1940. < <br /> <br />Councilman Koppe reported receiving numerous complaints with regard to <br />persons going around the city with earts and wagons and picking up bottles, trash <br />and other materials that had been placed out for garbage collectors.
