The request was unanimously <br />granted and the City Recorder instructed to include this request with the February <br />41 bills. <br /> <br />City Eng~neer Clubb recommended granting the following curb cuts and motion <br />was made and seconded unanimously approving the recommendations: No. 717 for <br />421Melvin Short"'at 1652 Olive Street and No. 723 for Ray Williams~ at 1170 West Broadwa . <br /> <br />Discussion was called for concernin~ the Consumer's Co-op request for a <br />cubb cut No. 722, held over from the previous council meeting. As there was no <br />ydiscussion presented the former recommendation of the City Engineer to deny the <br />43 request was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />After a short discussion, Councilman Hanns suggested that the Mayor appoint <br />a committee to determine the advisability of the City's securing vacant lots to be <br />used for parking lot purposes under the supervision of the City of Eugene. The <br />44 matter was referred to the Judiciary Committee and the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Upon motion made and seconded the meeting was adjourned. <br /> <br />C. M.
