Morgan and Carroll Kennedy for property which <br /> they bad purchased from the city, the original deed of which was incorrectly <br />40 executed. Upon motion made and seconded the resolution was una?imously approved. <br /> RES 0 L U ,T ION <br /> \ <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Eugene bas sold to Joseph A.Morgan <br /> and Carroll Kennedy the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> Beginning at a point on the North ~ine of 11th <br /> Avenue West at its intersection with the East <br /> lien of Chambers Street in the City of Eugene, <br /> Lane County, Oregon; run thence North 9.78 feet; <br /> thence East 231.39 feet, thence South 10.27 feet <br /> to the North line of 11th Avenue West, thence <br /> West along said. North line of 11th Avenue West <br /> 231.39 feet more or less to the place of beginning, <br /> in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. <br /> 1j with an agreement and understanding that the city should retain <br /> the r~ght without cost to widen the street to the extent of the <br /> set-back line, and I <br /> WHEREAS, On June 24, 1940 the city executed a deed to <br /> Joseph A. Morgan and Carroll Kennedy incorrectly delineating this <br /> reservation; <br /> Now, Therefore, the Mayor and Recorder be and they <br /> are hereby directed to re-execute and deliver a deed, a copy of which <br /> is hereto attached, showing the agreement as it actual~y existed. <br /> Mayor Large're~ommended ~he following to be citizen members of the <br /> budget committee for the 1941 budget: <br /> C.
