Specifications are on <br />file in the office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Councilman Bond raised the question of salary payment ~ J. M. Scroggie. <br />Councilman Farrington pointed out that Mr. Scroggie had worked for the city for <br />one year and should receive a salary increase. The matter was referred to the <br />Finance Committee, to report back at the next council meeting. <br /> <br />\ <br />35 <br /> <br />Upon motion the meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />C. M.
