<br />1!1 camp, back of the Butte. 'The camp is about to be abandonded and it was
<br />: thought best that the city s.ould endeavor to secure'at least part of the

<br />;: equipment. /A motion was made by Councilman Stewart, and seconded by Davis,
<br />Ii and carried that the Mayor should appoint a , commi ttee including himself; to
<br />" investigate the possibility of securing ~t least part of the six trucks in
<br />i: the hands of the N. Y. A., and whatever other equipment the ,.city might be able
<br />,: to use. The f?llowing committee was named by Mayor Large: Councilmen Barette,
<br />I; Koppe, and .Dav~s.

<br />Ii Mr. Irish of Irish & Swartz was present at the meeting. Application of
<br />2 I! this firm for a transfer of the Package Store, 'class B beer license, at 960
<br />,; Charnelton Street, now in the name of Thelma P. Peckham, be transferred to
<br />:: the firm of Irish &. Swartz and they were also requesting that the license
<br />i: " formerly at 125 East Brol;idway in the name of Ralph & Stanley, be transferred
<br />J :: ' to the name of Irish & Swartz at 777 West 6th Street. A motion was made,
<br />.1 seconded, and carried, that the transfer of these two licenses be granted by
<br />I the council.'
