<br />; the wording in the present Ordinance was perfectly clear., but that a change
<br />, might be, w.arked aut alang the lines suggested by Mr. Bacan,., Oauncilman
<br />I: Stewart asked what was meant. by the term, "Lacal Service, Receipt,s,", suggested
<br />II',. by. Mr. Bacan. Mr. Bacan mad,e, some explanatian af this and, Attorney Oalkins
<br />1 stated he thaught this'shauld have further cansideratian. A suggestian was
