<br /> 1 !: the Council. Mr. Waldo stated that he would put in a sound-proofing and a

<br /> " ventilating dan. Engineer Clubb stated that the reason this had been referred
<br /> " to the Council was that later on this might create a nuisance if not properly

<br /> i: taken care of. Mr. Waldo stated thathe was willing to take this chance~

<br /> I no excess noises. A motion was made by Hawn and seconded by Crumbaker and
