He explained that this post - N .j had been placed there at the time of the opening of the College Hill Distra:ct I and that it had no other significance. A motion was made by Hawn and seconded I by Crumbaker and carried that this post should be removed. , Councilman Bailey stated that he had been contacted several times about the delay 'in improving the alley between 21st and 22nd and Potter and Univer- 34 sity.
