<br /> II City of Eugene, each and all denouncing the building on that certain premises

<br /> t! designated as 335 Pearl Street in Eugene, as a dangerous building as defined in
<br /> :1 Ordinance No. 8292, and recommending to the Common Council -that the same be

<br /> Ii . Whereas, complaints: have been made regarding said building by a large number of
<br /> Ii residents living around and near said building,

<br /> 11 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE: That a pUblic
<br /> I; hearing is hereby called to be held in the office of the City Recorder in the
