The following resolution was read, setting a time <br /> ',I <br /> 41 I; of hearing as Monday evening, November 27, 1944 at 7:30 P.M. in the City Rec- <br /> II orders Office and ordering the publishing of a notice in the Register Guard <br /> ,I and post notices in three public places was read, and on motion made, seconded <br /> Ii <br /> and carried was adopted:- <br /> I! <br /> I: , RESOLUTION <br /> I~ <br /> " Whereas, there has been presented to the Common Council of the City of Eugene, <br /> h <br /> II reports from the Chief of Police, the City Attorney, the Chairman of the Health <br /> Ii Committee, the Chief of the Fire Department, and the BUilding Inpsector of the <br /> II City of Eugene, each and all denouncing the building on that certain premises <br /> I' <br /> t! designated as 335 Pearl Street in Eugene, as a dangerous building as defined in <br /> :1 Ordinance No. 8292, and recommending to the Common Council -that the same be <br /> l~ <br /> I; dismantil:ed, and <br /> Ii .
