G. Mi11arl asking for a waiver of set-back for a store building <br />at the wouthwest corner of the intersection of Columbia Street and 13th avenue. There is already <br />a small store building on the property being used as an auto repair shop. The board reoommends <br />that Mr. Millar b~ r~quired to observe a twelve foot "set-back". <br /> <br />. . <br />A letter was reoeived from Al J. Peakel asking to be allowed to m9VC his garage from the south <br />side of ~sslot at 210 West 14th to the west end of his house, waiving the set-back require- <br />ments. The board, after examining the premises as shown by the Sanford Mapl reoommend that he <br />be required to conform to the regulations. <br /> <br />A letter was reoeived from H. W. Pendarvis asking to be allowed to use a lot which pe had <br />rented at Franklin Boulevard and Orchard streetl as a used car lot. This is a business use in <br />a single family residenoe distriot. The Board reoommends that this letter be referred to the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />. <br />A letter was reoeived from Mrs. Lottie N..Rugh objeoting <br />street and 24th avenue~ belllg zoned for Limited Busin~ss. <br />pe referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />o <br />to a lot at th~ corner ofWil1amette <br />The Board, recommends that t his letter <br /> <br />The Board is also in rec~ipt of a letter from a numb~r of residents in the vicinity of 19th and <br />Lincoln streets protesting ~ seventeen foot set-back, on the Lincoln street side of the City- <br />,owned lots at the north~ast corner of the intersectipn of Lincoln Street and 19th avenue. The <br />~oard is referring this letter to the Council. <br /> <br />, _ 0 <br />A motion was made by Hawn and seconded by Crumbaker that Mr. Millar be allowed waiver <br />pf set-back agreement with contract to b~ consumated.for reservatiop 7 foot set-back., Upon <br />motion the Recorders office was authorized to refun~ $100.00 less title chargesl $18.00. to <br />purchaser of City property at 19th and Lincoln Street.
