On the <br />basi~ of the current roll, 89.5% of total; including back taxes, 95.4% of current roll. <br /> <br />'~"j .- <br />"'li;.' <br /> <br />All payments to the City from contracting Industrial firms and fire districts are up to date. <br />Letters have been mailed to City fuel dealers relative to scattering of sawdust on streets. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />After some regress, Lane County has mailed two checks covering payment of the past costs of <br />Comfort Station maintenence, up to January 1, 1945. The question of future payments between <br />now and end of fiscal year should be given attention in view of the County's. intention that the <br />City should pay! of the monthly salary of $60.00 paid, by the County to the station care-taker. <br /> <br />In the matter of ~yment by Lane County of ! of Comfort Station maintenence charges, the <br />City Manager was directed to consult with County Court relative to distribution of charges <br />between City and County after January 1, 1945. <br /> <br />Ordinance amending Ordinance 8514, granting franchise to the Oregon Eleotric Railway Co. <br />was submitted for consideration. Upon motion was given final reading and passed on ro~l call, <br />all councilmen present voting AYE, absent Hurley.
