A resolution -- Be it resolved by the Cow~on Coupcil of the City of 48 Eugene that the fOllowing field rules be premulgated for the operation of the Eugene Airpark in accordance with provisions of Ordinance No. 8852. 1. The Civil Air Regulations shall be considered a part of the Field Rules. I 2. Landing traffic shall follow a left hand, pattern which shall be entered at 800 ft., 400 to the down wind leg. , I 3. Red Banner will be flown from Airpark office when flying is i to be suspended fpr any reason. i 4. After landing, aircraft will taxi straight ahead to first taxiway, avoid taxiing against traffic whenever possible. 5. The Airpark Manager at the direction of the City Manager shall have at all times the authority to take such action as may be- come necessary in the handling, conduct and management of the public while flying or in attendance at the Airpark. A resolution -- Re: Adoption of Viewers Report,'opening of 8th 49 " Avenue West from Chamb~rs to Garfield. i , "WHEREAS, Heretofore the Common Council of t~e City of Eugene passed i a Resolution directing the 9ity Engineer to survey and file a report and plat I within twenty days, with a view to the opening of 8th Avenue West from Chambers I I I Street to Garfield Street in the City of Eugene, and thereafter there was filed the report of the Engineer which the Council adopted by Ordinance #8832, which was passed and approved on June 11, 1945, and Viewers were appqinted and notice published/snd posted by the City Recorder and such proceedings were had that the ! Viewers filed a report herein and thereafter the Recorder'duly gave notice of <l- I the time and place when the Council would consider the report of the Viewers and i also notice by mail of each assessment and thereafter the Council passed Ordi- ! nance #8851 adopting the report of the Viewers on the lOth day of September, " 1945, and no appeal from the report of the viewers has been had.
