The Civil Air Regulations shall be considered a part of the <br /> Field Rules. <br /> I 2. Landing traffic shall follow a left hand, pattern which shall <br /> be entered at 800 ft., 400 to the down wind leg. <br /> , <br /> I 3. The Airpark Manager at the direction of the City Manager shall <br /> have at all times the authority to take such action as may be- <br /> come necessary in the handling, conduct and management of the <br /> public while flying or in attendance at the Airpark. <br /> I It was moved by Hawn, seconded. by Davis that the resolution be adopted. <br /> I <br /> I Motion carried. <br /> ! <br /> A resolution -- Re: Adoption of Viewers Report,'opening of 8th <br />49 " Avenue West from Chamb~rs to Garfield. <br /> i <br /> , <br /> "WHEREAS, Heretofore the Common Council of t~e City of Eugene passed <br /> i a Resolution directing the 9ity Engineer to survey and file a report and plat <br /> I within twenty days, with a view to the opening of 8th Avenue West from Chambers <br /> I I <br /> I Street to Garfield Street in the City of Eugene, and thereafter there was filed <br /> the report of the Engineer which the Council adopted by Ordinance #8832, which <br /> was passed and approved on June 11, 1945, and Viewers were appqinted and notice <br /> published/snd posted by the City Recorder and such proceedings were had that the <br /> ! Viewers filed a report herein and thereafter the Recorder'duly gave notice of <l- <br /> I <br /> the time and place when the Council would consider the report of the Viewers and <br /> i also notice by mail of each assessment and thereafter the Council passed Ordi- <br /> ! nance #8851 adopting the report of the Viewers on the lOth day of September, <br /> " 1945, and no appeal from the report of the viewers has been had. <br /> I <br />~ <br />
