<br /> /' and 8th Avenue West from the West line of Hallock Addition to Garfield Street,
<br /> I: in the City of Eugene, and thereafter there was filed the report of the Engineer
<br /> I which the Council adopted by Ordinance #8833, which was passed and approved on

<br /> i: June 11, 1945, and Viewers were appointed and notice published and posted by the
<br /> , City Recorder and such proceedin&s were had that the Viewers filed a report
<br /> p herein and thereafter the Recorder duly gave notice of the time and place when
