March 11, 1946. <br /> <br />A request was received from Mrs. Etta Whittaker asking for a waiver of <br />set-back on 5th Avenue on the East side of Madison Street. She intends to move <br />two houses from Washington Street just South of the Railroad track to'this lo- <br />cation. Bentley, Architect, for the <br />establishment of set-backs on the Southeast corner of the intersection of 15th <br />Avenue and Kincaid Street.
