<br />It was moved by Dr. Miller and seconded by Dr. Fox that the Board recorn- '
<br />mend to the Common Council that Ordinance No. 8860 be amended to provide that all
<br />chickens be barred from the City and that a reasonable time be allowed the owner
<br />for voluntary removal of the same."
