The meeting was called to order by his Honor, Mayor Earl Councilmen present at rollcall were - Koppe, Davis, Crumbaker, Bailey, Johnson and Allen. .~ ~ ~, fU:~~' -..,{.;., Upon motion the minutes of the last regular meeting held May 13, 1~46 were considered read and approved. REPORTS OF" COMMITTEES The Finance Committee submitted the following report on offers to pur- chase City property. , Louise K. Wetterstrom offers $750.00 for Lot 4, in Block 4 of Victoria Heights 1 i: Addition. Appraised price: $1500.00. Committee recommendation: To accept, [! offer. t' , C. A. Wetterstrom offers $1250.00 for Lot 1, Block 2, Victoria Heights Replat; 2 'I (Triangle shaped lot at Victoria Blvd. and Maple Streets.) and 25 feet of va- I cated Maple Street. Mishler to purchase the West 130.6 feet of Block A, Cherry Grove I Addition for $300.00. (Mr. Mishler owns property at 2325 Agate adjoining this lot and his garage is over on the city lot 4.8 feet) The Committee recommends that the offer of Mr. Mishler of $300.00 for the West 130.6 feet of Block A be .. accepted; that balance of strip owned by city be sold to Mr. Becker for $400.00.
