<br />14t; Engineer Friday, July 5th a request was received from Frank J. Fox aSking for a
<br />~ waiver of set-back for an addition to his house at 1112 - 25th Avenue East. The
<br />Ii proposed addition would set back seventeen feet from 25th Avenue and from Potter
<br />i Street. The Board recommends that the request be granted.
<br />
<br />~ A request was received from Brock Dixon aSking to be allowed to build
<br />II an extens ion on the front of his garage at 2685 Colwnbia Street. This construction
<br />;1 was started without a permit. The surveyors checked the street as per accompanying
<br />III sketch and found that the extension was entirely in the street. The Board recom-
<br />,I mends that the req uest be denied and tha t the extens ion be removed.

<br />: ii Kenneth Holbrook secured a building permi t to erect a new house at
<br />: ~ 1510 Villard Street. His plot plan calls for a set-back of 20 feet from 15th
<br />: i; Avenue leaving 5 feet from his south line. To accomodate the neighbor lady to
<br />1 II,: the south who feels that he is shutting off too much light from her north windows,
<br />I he has requested to be allowed a set-back of 16 feet from 15th Ave. The Boar'd
<br />: ;1 recommends that he be allowed a set-back of 17.5 feet which line up with the one
<br />: i at the corner of 15th and Moss Street."
