<br /> placed on file and that the City Manager be instructed to communicate with the
<br /> Twin Oaks Co. advising the company that the Council would give all due regard to
<br /> the petition and the facts set forth but that the Council's action would necessar-
<br /> ily be guided by the final approval of the plans and specifications for the Mill
<br /> Race Highway improvement as approved by State and Federal Highway authorities.
<br /> An Oral request from A. L. Segar for permission to convert the upstairs
<br /> 21 of a residence at 1492 Lawrence into two apartments, was submitted to the Council.
<br /> The City Engineer reported that he had inspected the premises as of
<br /> this date and that he felt that the Board of Appeals would have no objection to
<br /> such remodeling provided that the present single entrance to the house was uti-
<br /> I lized. Mr. Segar informed the Council that his plans did not call for additional
<br /> entrances.
