L. Segar for permission to convert the upstairs <br /> 21 of a residence at 1492 Lawrence into two apartments, was submitted to the Council. <br /> The City Engineer reported that he had inspected the premises as of <br /> this date and that he felt that the Board of Appeals would have no objection to <br /> such remodeling provided that the present single entrance to the house was uti- <br /> I lized.
