<br />: A request was received from Mrs. C. T. Spence asking for' the establish- "
<br />: ment of a set-back on a part of Lot 7, Block 11, Chula Vista Park. This lot is
<br />; on the lower side of Spring Drive on a steep hill side. The Board is recommending
<br />II! tha t Mrs. Spence be allowed a ten foot set-back.

<br />; 'A request was received from R. L. Orr aSking for a waiver of set-back on
<br />~ the South 100 feet of Lot 11,'Block 21, Driverton Addition, located on the North-
<br />I',' east corner of the intersection of Hilyard Street and 22nd Avenue. The lot is
<br />; 55 feet wide on 22nd Avenue by 100 feet on Hilyard. The Board recommends that he
<br />I be allowed a 20 foot set-back from each street.

<br />r addition to their Auto Rebuilding Shop at 565 West 4th Avenue. The Board recom-
<br />:: mends that the request be granted on condition that the building comply with the

<br />l! A request was received from Charles L. Good asking for a permit to con-
<br />P vert the second floor of his tile building at 1350 Chambers Street into seven
<br />II': rooms (with toilet and shower) for rental purposes. The Board recommends that
<br />,! the request be granted on condition t hat he install a one hour fire ceiling be-
<br />: tween the two stories and a one hour fire enclosure for the stairway.
