<br />It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Davis that the resolution be amended to :
<br />provide a hearing by the Planning Commission on establishment of setback on North
<br />1- side of Franklin Blvd. and the revision of the zoning ordinance with reference
<br />to dry-cleaning establishments. Motion carried. ***See page 560 for amended
<br />resoluti on.
<br />It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Davis that the resolution as amended be
<br />adop ted.

<br />24: Alder and Kincaid Streets, was submitted and read.

<br />"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON

<br />i The prohibiting. of parking on the South side of. 13th Avenue East b~tween
<br />': Alder and Kincaid between the h.ours of 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.; also the establish-
<br />~' ment of a 45-minute parking time limit on the north side of 13th Avenue between
<br />' Alder and Kincaid between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M.; and the prohibiting
<br />;. of parking on the East side of Kincaid Street a di stance of 60 feet from the inter-

<br />Councilman Hawn called attention of the Council to the fact that Council
<br />25 President, Louis Koppe, was attending his last regular meeting of the Council
<br />after many years of loyal service to the community as Councilman.
<br />
<br />Upon Councilman Hawn's motion, seconded by Councilman Davis the City Attorney was
<br />requested to prepare a suitable resolution thanking Mr. Koppe for this service,
<br />. such. resolution to be presented at the next regular meeting of the Common Council.
<br />
<br />,; Councilman Koppe expressed his thanks, stating that he had grea tly enjoyed his
<br />. "I-work with the Council and his association with Council colleagues.
