<br />time that the City may leave the equipment and machinery aforesaid at its present

<br />, for a period not to eX.ceedone calendar year from the date hereof and. that the
<br />City and it,s agents shall have reasonable access over and across the property of
<br />the Eugene Woolen Mill,Company for the purpose of maintaining and ultimate re-
<br />moval of said equipment, and machi.nery.
