<br />I' Mill Company, and that the parties hereto desire to provide for the length of
<br />time that the City may leave the equipment and machinery aforesaid at its present

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the Eugene Woolen Mill
<br />I: Company does hereby give unto the City the right and privilege of leaving and
<br />! maintaining the aforesaid equipment and machinery in the aforesaid power house
<br />, for a period not to eX.ceedone calendar year from the date hereof and. that the
<br />City and it,s agents shall have reasonable access over and across the property of
<br />the Eugene Woolen Mill,Company for the purpose of maintaining and ultimate re-
<br />moval of said equipment, and machi.nery.

<br />present location, all without unreasonable damage to the permanent foundations
