Motion carried. <br /> <br />A communication from Forest R. Witmer re: improvement of Tyler Street <br />from Br.oadway to West 10th, was submitted and read. <br /> <br />"After numerous unsuccessful attempts. to contact, the eight property <br />owners in,the block between West Broadway and 10th, on Tyler, I finally managed <br />to complete the canv~ss. All but one of the owners were interviewed, but only <br />three of them would sign the petition for the street paving.
