It was moved by Davis, seconded by Johnson that the ordinance be laid over and that notice be given to the affected property owners. RESOLUTIONS I 37 A Resolution - Transmitting to the Planning Commission various applications for rezoning, was submitted and read as follows: "BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, tha t there is hereby transmitted to the City Planning Commission of said City, the following petitions for rezoning of property in said City, to-wit: FRANCIS A. BEVARD: West 50.34 feet of Lots 5 and 6 in Block 7 of I Driverton Addition to Eugene as platted and recorded at page 22 of Volume 4 of Lane County Oregon Plat Records, Lane County, Oregon, excepting the South 9 feet of said Lot 6.
