It was moved by Johnson, seconded by Wells that the resolution be adopted. Motion carried. I A Resolution - Re: Condemnation proceedings for right-of-way on behalf of 39 the Eugene Water Board, was submitted and read as follows: WHEREAS , the Eugene Water Board, through resolution duly adopted and further acting by and through the Superintendent, has requested the Common Council of the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon to institute certain condemnation proceedings for the acquisition of land for right of way of water transmission pipe line and electrical transmission and distribution lines and other structures as may be required incidental thereto. .fIiiI -/.,..:. --'-'-'-
