No. 9040), read the first time October 14, 1947, was brought on for second reading. It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded by Bailey that the ordinance be read the second time. It was moved by Crumbaker, sedonded by Bailey that the rules be suspended by unanimous consent and the ordinance be read the third time and given final passage. All Councilmen present voting AYE, the ordinance was declared passed and numbered 9070. Hawn and Davis absent. Council Bill No. 263 - Levying assessments for the construction of concrete 16 sidewalk on the West side of Taylor between 3rd and 4th Avenues West (Improv. Ord.
