Upon motion the report was ordered referred to the Finance Com- <br /> mittee for further study. <br /> Mr. Hoffplan appeared before the Council with reference to his pending request <br /> 23 for waiver of set-bac~ on East 24th. <br /> It was moved by Crumbaker, seconded' by Bailey' that the Board of Appeals be <br /> authoriz~d by the Common Council to' take final action on Mr. Hoffman's application <br /> without further referral to the Council.
