<br /> VffiEREAS, it is expected that the Department of the Treasury will, during the ..

<br /> extending East and West between 8th Avenue West and Bro?dway, from Van Buren ~:
<br /> Street to Tyler Street be opened to a width of feet, ana that the City
<br /> Engineer is therefore directed, by him or some competent surveyor, to make a I
<br /> survey of such alley opening and to make the boundaries thereof and to make a
<br /> plat of the same and a written report containing a full and complete description
<br /> of such alley opening, and the boundaries thereof, and any lot or tract or portion "
<br /> thereof to be appropriated therefor, and to file and same with the Recorder of the t~
<br /> City of Eugene within twenty days fr~m the date of this Resolution unless further I
